For more than 26 years, Daniel “Dan” Farber has served as president and chief executive officer of Bright Lights USA in Barrington, New Jersey. When he is not leading sales and operations at Bright Lights, Dan Farber contributes to local charities such as the Boys and Girls Club of Camden County.

The Boys and Girls Club of Camden County hosts a number of programs that address each of the Boys and Girls Club’s five core program areas, such as education and career development, character and leadership development, the arts, health and life skills, and sports, fitness, and recreation. One of the organization’s most impactful programs is Triple Play, the Boys and Girls Club of America’s (BGCA) premiere health and wellness initiative, which has been designed to enhance participants’ bodies, minds, and souls.

Founded with the help of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Triple Play operates with a mission of raising the physical activity levels of children between the ages of 6 and 18 through exercise routines, games, sports, and six unique Daily Fitness Challenges. As a complete health and wellness program, Triple Play also touches on matters of eating healthily and developing healthy personal relationships. The program even engages parents and guardians through the Healthy Habits program and Triple Play Parents Game Plan.
